The Wallpaper App is an app used to change the background of your Phone. The app currently has 10 backgrounds to choose from. You can also put in decals for backgrounds. It can be accessed by clicking the second page down at the bottom of the phone screen, then clicking on the Wallpaper App. You can then choose from the selections displayed on the right. It is currently unavailable for Xbox One users.
